This notice covers agencyequinox.com only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy on its product page.
Who is responsible
AB Equinoxe Marketing Oy (Business ID 3564918-4) is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, work email, company and website, what you need, your monthly ad spend range and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry.
- Server logs. Our hosting and network providers record technical data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- No tracking. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.
Legal basis
Replying to enquiries and running the site securely are our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We don't set any non-essential cookies; if that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- DigitalOcean, LLC — website hosting and server logs.
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Our email provider — stores the enquiry and our reply.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case they become part of our client records.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can object to our processing. Email[email protected]. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
